I have a renewable contract which I intend to extend, and my flat will be rented out the whole period. Pets are allowed as I had one myself.

A refundable damage deposit of $500 will be paid alongside the first month's rent before you move in. The deposit will be kept with Tenancy Deposit Solutions Ltd. It will be available for withdrawal when you decide to move-out.
